Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or making a purchase from Campbell Wines, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Alcohol Sales
Legal Drinking Age
By purchasing alcoholic beverages from our website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in California (21+). We strictly comply with all state regulations and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet the legal age requirement.
License Verification
Campbell Wines holds all necessary licenses required to sell alcoholic beverages in accordance with California state laws.
Ordering & Payment
Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Billing Information
By providing payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information as needed so we can process transactions and contact you when required.
Delivery Requirements
An adult aged 21 or older must be present at delivery and provide a valid government-issued ID to sign for the package. This is required to comply with legal age verification laws.
Returns Policy
In accordance with California law, wine and spirits are generally non-returnable.
Exceptions (Defective Products Only):
- Defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for replacement or store credit
- A valid receipt is required
Failed Delivery / Returns:
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Issues with UPS Access Point
- Refused delivery
You will receive a refund minus:
- 20% restocking fee
- Original shipping charges
Reshipment Fees:
- $15 return fee
- Additional $5 per bottle for reshipment
Non-Refundable Cosmetic Issues
Refunds will not be issued for minor cosmetic imperfections, including:
- Light scratches on bottle/label
- Minor dents or scuffs on packaging
- Slight label misalignment
These do not affect product quality.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
After 24 hours:
- 15% restocking fee applies
In-Store Pickup & Storage
- Pickup orders are held for 1–2 weeks
- Orders not picked up within 60 days may incur storage fees per bottle per month
Older Wines Disclaimer
Campbell Wines ensures proper storage conditions; however, we cannot guarantee the condition of wines older than 5 years from the latest vintage, which aligns with industry standards.
Heat Damage Policy
Wine is sensitive to heat exposure. We are not responsible for damage caused by heat during transit or after delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for heat-damaged products.
Changes to Terms
Campbell Wines reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
