At Campbell Wines, we want your favourite bottles to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Age & Signature Requirements

By law, you must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol from us.

A valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery. Our carriers cannot leave packages containing alcohol without an adult signature.
Processing Your Order

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there’s ever a delay (for example, due to weather or product availability), we’ll let you know right away.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship through trusted carriers like UPS and GLS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service speed.

We pack all bottles with extra care to protect against breakage in transit.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within California (USA) only.

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations where local laws prohibit alcohol deliveries.

Please make sure alcohol shipments are legal in your state before ordering.
Weather Considerations
Wine and spirits don’t enjoy extreme temperatures. If it’s too hot or freezing, we may recommend holding your order until conditions improve, or using an expedited service. We can’t replace bottles damaged by weather once they’ve left our hands.
Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Please make arrangements for someone 21+ to be available for delivery. Carriers will make multiple attempts before returning the package—re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and contents.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

For lost packages, we’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment before issuing a resolution.
Cancellations & Returns

If you need to cancel an order, contact us right away. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we can process the cancellation (a small processing fee may apply).

Once shipped, alcohol cannot be returned unless the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.
